About

I build operational effectiveness in start-ups and SMBs entering periods of high growth. A client has described me as the "guard rails" that manage operational systems and capacity so the organization can grow sustainably.For the past 9 years, I've developed specialties in sales operations & enablement, process improvement, learning & development, and performance management. More recently I have served as a fractional Director of Operations for start-ups, a project manager for corporate clients, and a coach for SMBs.I believe in creating lasting clarity and predictability from a strong operational foundation. I'm driven by my curiosity with the connection between human and organizational behavior. I'm a quick starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, filled with big ideas for simple implementation. As a true life-long learner, I'm constantly validating solutions using a highly objective and analytical approach.I have a Masters of Science in Organizational Behavior from the London School of Economics and Political Science. I have two Bachelors degrees in philosophy and psychology from Elmhurst University. I'm currently based in San Diego, CA and love to cook, travel, read, and have great conversations.Get in touch.

Shortened document collection phase by 30% avg and increased avg monthly throughput by > 100% over 3 months

  • Fractional Director of Operations for tech recruiting and fractional CTO agency. Developed 90-day action plan. Back-office: Streamlined recruiting operations to improve service delivery for clients, built a no-code ATS in Airtable with automated communications, implemented process playbook. Front-office: Defined and implemented social media strategy, developed business model for staffing and consulting verticals. Close rate increased by 200% and improved service delivery increased client satisfaction

  • Business coach for mythology/folklore YouTuber. Systemized pre- and post-production workflows, grew production team, implemented social media strategy. Saved principal over 20 hours per week in efficiency gains. Launched podcast with repurposed content, achieving 150k+ total impressions in 7 months
